West Melrose Apartments Pet Policy

1. All Residents must properly clean up after their pets.

2. No pets are allowed unattended in the common areas.

3. Pets should be on leash at all times.

4. All Pet noise should be kept at reasonable levels at all times.

5. Each unit is allowed a maximum of 2 pets total.

6. $50 per month pet fee to the pet policy

$100 Fine charged to Resident for each infraction.
